Tom is a data science product manager and social entrepreneur. After graduating from Imperial College, he has worked on delivering fintech risk-based solutions that leverage the latest technologies, such as NLP, Network Analytics and Generative AI for global leading companies such as Accenture London and Deloitte Hong Kong and their clients.
Youth social mobility is an important issue for Tom. As such, he co-founded bloss.m, a social enterprise that equips young women from across the globe with the toolkit to reach their full potential and thrive.
Aside from managing bloss'm's day-to-day, Tom is constantly ideating, prototyping and implementing new and innovative ways to deliver impact for young women through new initiatives and technologies.
Somtochukwu Dimobi-Okoye is a multiple award-winning leader who currently serves as the Interim COO at bloss.m and a member of the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust.
She is an energetically harmonious, daring believer from Nigeria who is committed to bringing out the best in individuals and organisations. With God as her strength, her specialty is crafting innovative ways to enable peoples’ thriving in order to maximize their potential. To do this, she loves and excels at bringing people together around a shared vision and forging strategic partnerships.
Somto graduated from Vanderbilt University, Nashville TN with Magna Cum Laude honours, with a Chemical Engineering Major.
Nkechi currently works as a social impact consultant following the completion of her MSc in Development Studies at LSE. Prior to this, she worked as a software engineer in financial services, including projects on “Tech for Good”.
She has a strong commitment to social impact, with over eight years of experience in the third and charity sector, focusing on issues such as gender-based violence, technology-facilitated abuse, equitable education access and gender equality. In her spare time she enjoys visiting art galleries and going to the gym.

Abigail currently works at the Office for Students as a Leadership Development Officer. Prior to this, she recently completed her MPhil in Education at Homerton College, University of Cambridge.
She is passionate about social mobility and education and has worked with various organisations and charities to empower young students from underrepresented backgrounds with the knowledge they need to excel both academically and personally.
She has an interest in mental health awareness and is an avid writer, managing her own poetry blog and occasionally writing for blogs. In 2022, she won the Highly Commended prize in the SPA National Award in the Comment Piece category for her article The Paradox of Black Excellence.
Geetha Thatikonda holds a Master's degree in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology from Harvard University. Prior to this, Geetha completed her Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from Bangalore University and further honed her skills with a Postgraduate diploma in Liberal Arts from Ashoka University.
Geetha's deep-rooted passion for art and education has driven her contributions as an instructional designer, curriculum creator and dedicated educator. This passion culminated in her innovative curriculum, "Evolve through Art" which seamlessly uses art as a platform to foster overall skill and value development. In her current role, Geetha serves as an Academic Advisor and Technology Lead at the Stamps School of Art and Design, University of Michigan.
Adeline Choo is driven by a keen interest in the intersectional interactions between education and the sociopolitical world at large. A former teacher in her home country of Malaysia, she has also worked with Young People across the fields of activism, theatre, music, and research.
Having a strong passion for research, Adeline has previously worked with the University of Sheffield on a participatory research project co-developing an interdisciplinary subject with a panel of child consultants. Before this she also worked with a Malaysian NGO, Imagined Malaysia on a public history project examining race relations in Malaysia. She is extremely excited to merge her academic and practical experiences managing bloss.m’s programmes.
